Recently, you may have noticed many Nepalese facebook users changing their name to "Nepali" or "Nepal" to show that they are Nepali first and then they belong to different castes or ethnicity. This has shown that many Nepalese people don not want "Caste based Federalism". Some of the users are even posting their status to change the name. Gradually, the number is increasing in number.
While people have started changing their name, some other Nepalese fb users are not in favor of changing their name because they simply think that this will not bring any effect in current situation in politics of Nepal. However, we cannot forget that if KONY can become famous through facebook, why not this campaign. Afterall, many peoples are against caste based federalism, no politician can impose their liking and decisions to general public without their consent.
So, I too request you to add Nepali on your name. You may think this will not effect anything, but it will.
