Maoist President Puspa Kamal Dahal "Prachanda"said that he wanted to be President capturing Kathmandu Valley. In a program called "Janatako Prashna, Prachada Ko Awaj" organized by ABC Television, Prachanda said " I had desire of becoming President capturing Kathmandu, But Power balance didnot worked. So, My desire failed." He also admitted that he is fully responsible for the 10 Years JanaYudha "Civil war" and he will bear any charges on behalf of the party because he was the main leader to plan and run the Civil War.
He further said that he has brought party to Peace restoration, so he should get credit for it as well.
